One Room Challenge - Week Three

One Room Challenge - Week Three

Well, we are committed. We broke our backs this weekend knocking the heck out of the ugly poo colored tile counters. No getting out of this now. We are all in as guest participants of One Room Challenge.

This week there were simply a lot of purchases made.

* Disclosure: some of the links below are affiliate links, meaning at no additional cost to you, I'll make a commission if you click through and make a purchase.

We bought * this sink for starters.

And then I ordered this faucet* ...

I also ticked Super Husband off quite a bit when I went around him and made the executive decision to order shelves instead of letting him make them. M'bad. Sorry. Not sorry. Cuz there's almost no chance of us getting this done on time in the first place so adding building shelves was out of the question in my humble opinion. I don't want it to be 2025 before we finish this laundry room.

Farm House Basics on Etsy

I got these on Etsy from a shop called Farm House basics. I got 2 of the 67" shelves that came with brackets. I'm super excited to get them. These will go above the washer and dryer and extend to the far right wall.

And best of all, my wallpaper arrived! As I've mentioned before, this is a wallpaper I designed based on my Splendor 1920 fabric collection called English Garden for Wallternatives.

Bari J. English Garden Wallpaper for Wallternatives

This is a removable peel and stick wallpaper, and I'm thinking it should go up pretty easily! Very exciting. Gosh darn, I love me some wallpaper.

I also decided on colors (yes that is plural) for the cabinets.

I picked a chartreuse for the bottom cabinets and a white for the tops. Seriously, if you're going to do English Garden wallpaper, you may as well go full maximalist and have chartreuse cabinets. Der. Easy decision.

Annnndddd... Now... we just have to execute all this shiz. I may be crazy, but we are going for it!
