Hi I'm Natalie, Bari's assistant, and I have been with her for about three years now since I started my sophomore year of high school. I am now a sophomore in college and still come home to help her because she just that amazing.
Today I learned how to make a french seamed pillowcase using Bari's youtube video. This was the easiest thing ever, let me tell you.
If you want to learn how to make these types of pillowcases look at Bari's video at the bottom of this post. It's short, sweet, and easy to follow. This video is from 2012 with over 64,000 views. Wow!
These style of pillows have a cuff and a flange too, so that they add a little more decoration to them and look beautiful with her fabrics.
The fabrics I used are from a couple collections. The main floral on the one with the blue background is now in a Fusions collection for AGF and was originally in another color way in the Joie de Vivre collection. The cuff is originally from Sage Fabrics and also now in the Fusions group. The flange is from Emmy Grace.
The second pillow has fabrics from Bari's latest line, Indigo and Aster. (links to all fabrics below)
